These are marvelous! Ingredients:
Crust:
1-1/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup sugar
Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp baking powder

Crust:
Combine all crust ingredients. Beat at low speed until mixture is crumbly. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until edges lightly browned.
Filling: Combine all filling ingredients, beating until well mixed. Pour filling over hot crust. Bake an additional 18 to 20 minutes until filling is set.
Cool slightly; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
