3 cups heavy cream
6 eggs separated

In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. In another bowl, disolve the sugar with the lemon juice and add the zest. Beat the egg yolks with salt.
Fold everthing together and pour on top of crushed vanilla wafers, add the rest of the vanilla wafers. Freeze overnight and serve cold.
