| A sausage and egg souffle Ingredients: 1 pg pork sausage
1 can cheddar cheese whiz
8-10 slices stale bread
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 beaten egg
1 cup condensed milk

Spread half of the sausage on bread. Drizzle cheeze over top.
Mix egg with milks. Pour 1/2 over first layer. Add rest of bread, sausage, cheese & milk mixture.
Bake at 325 F for 1 hour. It's Done when middle is fluffy. Serve with fresh fruit. Best when served hot. If top is done and the middle is raw,
cover with foil and bake until done. Prep time: 15 minutes Serves 4-6 Nutritional notes: Pork sausage has less fat than regular sausage. Eggbeaters may be substituted for egg. Skim milk may be used, but cut total amount of milk to 1 cup.
