1 cup onion, chopped
1-14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped (dried also works well)
1-28 oz jar great northern beans
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Add tomatoes and parsley and cook for five more minutes. Add beans and cook over low heat for five more minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve.
