don't have lot's of veggies on hand. Ingredients: Favorite pasta salad shape
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 can of Black olives
Scallions or a dash of Onion powder
Paprika
Basil
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

When pasta is done, quickly rinse pasta in a colander with cold water. (This will keep it from sticking together.)
Place pasta in a big bowl and pour in the olive oil, stirring.
Cut black olives into halves or quarters and add to pasta salad.
Mince scallions and add to salad.
Add the rest of the seasoning to taste.
Refrigerate to help flavors come out. Kosher Parve. Great for an easy Shabbath side dish. Serve either as the main meal or as a side dish along with breaded chicken.
