Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F

2. Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and salt all at once. Remove from heat and stir until mixture forms a ball.

3. Add eggs one at a time. Stir dough until smooth and thick.

4. Drop on cookie sheets one inch apart. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool.

5. Slice each puff in half and fill with tuna or chicken salad.
