1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1 can cream of potato soup
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme

Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and place in pie crust. Cover with other crust, pinching edges to seal. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Make two at a time! Double all ingredients. For crust, buy one double package of deep dish crusts for the bottom of the pie and one double package of regular crusts for the top of the pie.
