salt/pepper/butter
1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped
For sauce: 3 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp salt

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and 2 Tbsp of the white wine. Wrap the foil around the fish and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
For sauce, melt butter and add flour. Take it off heat and mix well with wooden spatula. Add milk little by little over a week flame and whisk thoroughly. Dissolve consomme cube in hot water and add to taste, along with wine, salt and pepper and parsley.
