Ingredients: 1/4 c. butter
3/4 c.white sugar
1 egg
3/4 c.strawberries (mashed)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. yogurt

Directions: Preheat oven to 375. Whip together butter, sugar, egg and strawberries until mixture is fluffy.
Sift together dry ingredients. Stir 1 cup of the flour mixture into the butter.Stir in the yogurt. Finally stir in the remaining flour mixture, just enough to moisten.
Fill well-greased muffin tins. Bake 20-25 minutes.
