| Who wouldn't like these chocolate and caramel covered pecans?! Ingredients: 1 lb. Pecan halves
1 can Eagle brand Milk
1 cup white syrup

Mix milk & syrup in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat stirring CONSTANTLY until mixture becomes a caramel color and reaches the "soft ball" stage. (about 40 to 45 min. (I know! It's a long time but the end result is well worth it! :))
Drop mixture on the Pecan clusters and IMMEDIATELY top with a square of chocolate! Spread the melting choclate evenly.
