Next, prepare the marinade by mixing the ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl of adequate size. Once the mixture is thoroughly blended, add the turkey and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight. Stir the mixture about halfway through the soaking process. Dry the strips off when you remove them from the marinade and dry in a food dehydrator at 150 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 hours, checking frequently toward the end of that range to ensure desired level of drying.
