| Ingredients: 500 grs mascarpone cheese
one small packet of fresh cream
2 eggs
sugar
cocoa powder
6 small cups espresso cofee
coffee liquer

Just click here to get a printer-friendly version of this recipe. • Share it: click to send this recipe to a friend! | | Directions: beat the mascarpone until becomes creamy; add 2 tblespoons of sugar and mix well by hand. raise the small container of fresh cream and add 2 tablespoons of sugar; mix and refregrirate. make the coffee add 2tblespoons of sugar and 3tblesppon of coffee liquer (ex kahlua). Lay in a tray the savoiardi bisuicts and wet dip them with the coffee mixture. Separate the yolks fromthe white of the two eggs. add the yolks to the mascarpone mixture and beat well by hand. Mix at medium beat the whites of the eggs until they become hard and white. add to the mascapone mixture the fresh cream and mix by hand. then slowly add the hard white and beat by hand carefully. once becomes smooth and creamy lay them over the savoiardi biscuits and sprinkly cocoa powder on top. Refrigate at least 2hrs before serve.
