Bagel sandwich

this bagel sandwich was inspired by eating a dunkin donuts bagel sandwich and hating to spend 3 bucks a pop, along with my boyfriend's love for putting bacon on his bagel.

Ingredients:
1 pre-sliced bagel
1 egg
1 slice of your favorite cheese
3 slices of Oscar meyer (works best) ready to serve bacon.
cream cheese
1 round tupperware or microwave-safe container (preferably the same size as the bagel.) i use the ziplock disposable ones
non-stick spray

Directions:
spray the round container you will be using lightly with the non-stick spray. Crack open on egg and mix it a bit in the container until the yolk is broken, but the mixture is not one solid color yet.
pop the container in the microwave and put the egg on for 1 minute.
toast your bagel.
When the egg is done cooking, immediately place your slice of cheese on top of it and leave it in the microwave for now
(so the cheese will melt). Spread cream cheese on one or both sides of your bagel. Scoop out the cooked egg and cheese and place it in the bagel. Cook the bacon in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds. Add the bacon and close the sandwich.
YUMMY!

Note: I like to break the bacon into pieces before I put it in the sandwich to stop it from sliding out when you eat it.
