This is a great alternative to jarred peanut sauces for Thai cooking.
It's a great accompanyment with chicken and steak Satay dishes and Vietnamese spring rolls. Great mixed with roasted chicken, noodles and spinach for an easy, exotic dinner!
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
a couple shakes Thai red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon light rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
