| Ingredients: 2 pounds potatoes or sweet potatoes, or a combination of both
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, or seasonings of your choice, such as:
Garlic, fresh or powdered
Onion powder
Lowry's Seasoning Mix
Cayenne powder
Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
Taco flavoring mix

Sprinkle oil over the potatoes and toss until coated.
Spread potatoes in a single layer onto a non-stick or lightly oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or your favorite seasonings.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F. Turn potatoes and bake another 15 minutes or until browned and tender.
