Velveeta cheese (as much as you like, melted)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken and cut in little pieces and add to rice. Melt Velveeta cheese(as much as you like)and add to rice mixture along with adding the can of soup.
Season to taste and mix together. Add this to a baking dish and bake 20-30 min. covered until heated. My kids love this and would eat it every day Prep time: about 20 min.
