Chicken Taco Pizza



Very easy to do kids love. I make it for my kids all the time and my neices and nephews can't get enough of it!

Ingredients:
4 fat free buritto-size flour tortillas
1/2 lb fat free chicken breast chopped
1 Tablespoon taco seasoning mix
1 cup fat free refried beans
1 cup fat free chunky style salsa
2 cups fat free shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Lightly spray baking sheet with non-fat cooking spray. Place tortillas on baking sheet. Lightly spray medium non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat over medium high heat.

Add chicken to skillet and cook until no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning and mix well. Remove chicken from heat. Top tortillas with 1/4 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup salsa, 1/2 cup of chicken and half cup of cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp. Serve immediately.
