Recipe: Omelet Sandwich




Low calorie alternative to fried eggs, bacon and home fries.


Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 slices fresh white bread
2 tsp. low cal margarine to butter Bread
Canola oil as needed
Salt to taste

How to make this recipe:
1) Butter bread with margarine.
2) Wisk egg in a bowl.
3) Cook egg in oil in a heated frying pan and cook the egg in the same way that you do with an omelet. Salt to tastes.
4) Slice the cooked egg in 3 or 4 sections and lay across the buttered bread.
5) Slice the sandwich into 4 sections and eat while still warm. Serve with a glass of skim milk or juice.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Makes 1 serving.
