1 boiled egg
1 tsp. low cal margarine

2) Toast the bread, and butter with margarine.
3) Lay the egg on the lower half of the piece of toast. Slice the egg in layers and fan out across the bottom half of the toast.
3) Salt to taste.
4) Fold the top half of the toast over the bottom half to make a small sandwich. Serve with a piece of fruit and a glass of skim milk to make a nutritious breakfast.
