Creamy Chicken Crunch Casserole



Creamy Chicken Casserole topped with crunchy bread crumb dressing.

Ingredients:
1 lb uncooked chicken breast pieces (Chicken tenders work well)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken Soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup white wine (dry)
8 oz sliced Monterrey Jack cheese
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumb Dressing/stuffing (I like Pepperidge Farm)
1/2 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Cut the chicken into 1-2 inch pieces and place in the bottom of a 13X9 baking dish.

Next, in a bowl combine soups, sour cream, and white wine then pour over Chicken.

Lay the Monterrey Jack cheese slices on top and cover by spreading out the dressing crumbs. Top by drizzling with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees F 50 to 55 minutes. Server over rice or egg noodles.


A friend brought this dish over after we had our baby, it was delicious! She's shared the recipe and now it's a favorite at home and when taking dinner to friends in need.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves 6 to 8.
