1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
2 boneless chicken breasts cut into strips and cooked
1/2 cup crushed croutons
4 bacon strips cooked and crushed

In a large bowl mix together lettuce, chicken, and dressing. Lay out wraps. Place mixture evenly over each wrap. Place 1 tbsp of crushed croutons, bacon, and parmesan cheese over each. Fold bottom of wrap up about 1-2 inches and start rolling on the side, making sure ingredents are being tucked in as you roll. Wrap finished roll in waxed paper and twist at both ends.
When you are ready to serve, cut in the middle on an angle. Serve with your favorite sides. Prep time: 30 minutes Serves 4 to 6.
