Ingredients: 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil (Extra virgin or Classic is best, but it doesn't matter that much)
2-3 cloves of garlic
A bunch of parsely (dried or fresh)
A drop or two of lemon juice

Add drop or two of lemon juice. Process for a bit. Add parsely - and process another minute.
Pour into a small plasic storage dish. Set aside for a half-hour, then it's ready to eat! Serve on hot, homemade bread or challah. Kosher Parve. You may store it in the refrigerator overnight, but remove at least a half an hour before serving.
