6-10 frozen Burritos (any vareity)
2 small cans Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
1 8oz bag Kraft Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 small tub of sour cream
How to make this recipe:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take your frozen burritos and place them neatly in a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with both cans of enchilada sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until burritos are soft and hot. Remove from oven and pour entire bag of cheese over the sauce. Place back in the oven uncovered until cheese is melted. Let cool 5-10 minutes then serve with a dollop of sour cream. Serve one to two enchiladas per person.
