3 orange roughys (1 per person)
10 lemons and limes
11 large sized red peppers
Pepper
Celery salt (optional)
7 green peppers (slightly large)
8 red tomatoes
How to make this recipe:
Put fish in a frying pan (1 fish at a time) Simmer the fish for 15 minutes on one side and 8 minutes on the other. Then wrap the fish in tin foil and put in oven for 5-7 minutes. While you are doing that cut up the red and green peppers, squeeze the lemons on the peppers. Then slice the tomatoes on the lemon sqeezed peppers. Then wrap in a sepreat tin foil sheet and put in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Then put the peppers and tomates on the fish and add the pepper, salt, and limes to the fish. (make sure the limes are sliced and peeled.)Then eat your happy fish surpise. Will go well with wine or punch. Also goes well with corn.
