Then simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until syrup is reduced and becomes thick. Add Amaretto Di Serano and blend. Pour over apricots in glass jar or glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. To serve, sprinkle with almonds and dollop of whipped cream. Prep time: 15 minutes Serves 4 to 6.
