Lazy Man's Pie (Cobbler)



This is so easy and I've never served it to someone I didn't have to give the recipe to!

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup white sugar, granulated
1 Stick of margarine
1 Large can of peaches or the fruitof your choice.
Nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven on 350 degrees. Put stick of margarine in medium size casserole dish. Place in microwave and heat until just melted.

Turn dish on the sides and make the margarine coat it real well
Set aside. Mix milk, sugar, flour and a dash of nutmeg. Pour in casserole dish all around edges and then in the middle.

Open the peaches and with your hands plance them all over the batter. Make sure they are evenly placed. Now take the jucie and pour it all over the batter and peaches. Sprinkle with another dash of nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until it is golden brown. I promise you will love this. Now all you need is some good ol vanilla ice cream for the top!


Prep time: 50 minute, including cook time.
