Ingredients:
Soft maize
Fresh peas,
Carrots
Potatoes
Onions
Tomatoes
Capscicum

How to make this recipe:
Mix soft maize with fresh green peas.Ratio of 1:0.5 Bring to boil until soft.
Prepare carrots and cut into small cubes.English potatoes peeled whole. Fry onions until golden brown and add tomatoes and a little chopped capscicum. Stir util gravy is formed.
Add the mixture of maize,peas,carrots and potatoes.Cook under low heat until all is cooked. Serve with vegetables of your choice. You can make vegetable salad and serve with this as a side.

Notes: This is a kenyan recipe from the kikuyu.
