Ingredients: Enough potatoes to feed your family
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
Chives
Paprika

Directions: Peel and boil potatoes as you would for mashed potatoes. Whip potatoes with mixer and add the sour cream and cream cheese. Stir in a small amount of chives.
Spread in 9x12 baking dish. Bake on 350F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika when out of the oven to add a little color.
