Some families have a ton of obligations during the holiday season. Conceivably, you might spend the morning with one group of friends and/or family and the afternoon/evening with another. If you're one who is hosting a morning crowd, consider this delicious, sunny spread. If you're hosting a crowd all day, I think they can make do with a cereal and toast kind of breakfast while you slave over the dinnertime feast - don't you? ~ Chef Mom

• Apple And Spice Baked French Toast
• Brunch Cinnamon Coffee Cake
• Scrambled Eggs and Cheese
• Assorted Brunch Sausages (see below)
• Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Cream Dressing
• Orange Cream Cheese Biscuits

Brunch sausages
Sausage is wonderful with any type of apple/cinnamon taste, such as the Apple And Spice Baked French Toast. Plan on 2-3 links of sausage per person. Try an assortment of breakfast links. Cook them in a large skillet on very low heat. If they appear to be dry add a small amount of water and cover. Cook until no longer pink and keep warm while the other dishes are prepared. For large groups this type of sausage seems to work out the best. ~ Brenda Hyde, Old-Fashioned Holidays
