- The Naked Chef and The Naked Chef Takes Off - No, The TV Food Network's youngest star, British chef Jamie Oliver isn't actually naked in these books (although he is a cutie and People Magazine dubbed him the "sexiest chef of the year"). "Naked" in this case refers to Jamie's philosophy that good cooking doesn't have to be unnecessarily complicated and cluttered.
